Users are responsible for the security of their accounts and passwords.
Users must respect the privacy and rights of listed cleaning companies.

3. Cleaners’ Responsibilities

All cleaners listed on the platform are independent service providers responsible for their own services.
CleanProLondon does not guarantee the quality, timing, or results of any cleaning service.
Cleaners must adhere to professional conduct; failure to do so may result in listing removal and permanent exclusion from the platform.

4. Payments

All payments for services are made directly between users and cleaning providers unless otherwise specified.
Listing fees on CleanProLondon are £100 £25 per month (introductory offer).
After payment, each listing is verified via a brief phone interview.
If a provider fails to meet platform standards or causes issues for clients, their listing may be removed without refund.

Once a listing has been activated and published on the platform, no refunds will be issued.

5. Privacy

CleanProLondon collects and processes personal data according to our Privacy Policy.
Personal information will not be shared with third parties except as necessary to provide services or comply with legal obligations.

6. Limitation of Liability

CleanProLondon is solely a platform connecting clients and cleaners.
We are not responsible for any loss, theft, fraud, damages, or disputes arising from interactions, transactions, or services arranged via the platform.
Users are encouraged to exercise caution and due diligence when engaging with providers or clients.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, branding, and materials on CleanProLondon are owned by CleanProLondon or used with permission.
Users may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without written consent.

8. Provider Conduct and Listing Removal

CleanProLondon may deactivate or remove any provider listing for unprofessional behavior, unreliability, or causing issues for clients, even if the listing period is still valid.
No refund will be issued in such cases, and the provider may be barred from future use of the platform.

9. Incident Reporting & Legal Cooperation

In the event of an incident, dispute, or illegal activity, CleanProLondon may share relevant information (personal details, transaction records, communication logs) with law enforcement authorities.
This ensures safety, transparency, and accountability for all users.

10. Dispute Resolution

While CleanProLondon may assist in resolving disputes, we cannot guarantee outcomes.
Users are encouraged to communicate directly and professionally with providers or clients to resolve issues.
